Just a little bit about me. My name is Amanda Simpson. I am a writer, registered 200 hour yoga teacher and current holistic nutritionist student. I am a mommy of two little beans, Ella and Channing and wife to my wonderful husband Dave.

I have always been very interested in nutrition and wellness, but it wasn't until a health scare in my early twenties when I really learned the true importance of taking care of myself.
​
As I got older, I realized how powerful plant based, whole foods are. I truly believe that living a minimalist lifestyle, with simple ingredients and a simple way of thinking is incredibly healing for not only our body, but our mind.

Giving back to this beautiful planet that feeds our bodies is very important to me.

I am here to share my journey of living a sustainable and minimal lifestyle.Helping to inspire through whole food recipes, wellness and ethical living alternatives.
